Making a Donation
Westside Family Health Center is able to meet the needs of its patients with generous support from individuals, corporations and foundations.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, your cash donations are tax-deductible. Our Federal Tax ID number is 95-2931931.
Cash Donations
To make a cash donation, download our donation form and mail along with a check (made payable to “Westside Family Health Center”) or credit card information. Westside Family Health Center accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
Credit Card Donations
Donating to WFHC with a credit card is now quick and easy and secure. Just go to www.guidestar.org, type in Westside Family Health Center and follow the simple instructions. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are accepted as well as checks through PayPal.
In-Kind Donations
Lack of space prevents us from accepting many donations. However, some items are utilized quickly by our patients and are greatly appreciated. Among them:
• Toothpaste, toothbrushes and dental floss
• Disposable diapers (all sizes)
• Formula (Enfamil liquid)
• Shampoo (baby and adult)
• Personal items such as deodorant, disposable razors, shaving cream, soap and hair conditioner
• Parenting books
Other Ways You Can Contribute
• Ralphs Supermarket Community Contribution Program (all you need is a Ralphs Card). To register as a Participant, go to www.ralphs.com/ccprogram.htm and follow instructions.
• Planned gifts and bequests
• Stock transfer
• Our annual fundraiser, Gala 2008, on May 3, 2008 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica.
